How Do I Place An Order?

Choose any piece from my shop and click "Add to Cart". Once you are finished shopping, click "Checkout" and proceed with entering your payment and shipping information. Please provide an email address in order to receive an order confirmation.

What Size Bracelet Should I Order?

Measure your wrist with a measuring tape, add 1/2 inch more if you like it loose. Please add a note to me with the size you prefer when you place your order. I will be happy to customize your bracelet.

What does it mean if an item is labelled "One of a Kind"?

Due to the availability of the particular beads used to make the piece, it cannot be duplicated. Once it is sold from the shop, it is gone. However, I may be able to create something similar. Feel free to contact me if you are looking for a similar piece that has already been sold.

Payment and Shipping

I accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

I charge a flat rate for shipping of $5.50. If you are outside the United States, please contact me for shipping rates.

Due to the nature of my designs, many of the pieces you see are easy to customize. If you like a particular design but prefer a different stone or color, please do not hesitate to ask. I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds and exchanges may be given to items returned in 7 - 10 business days. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Cash refunds will be issued in cases of defective or damaged items that I cannot fix. Items must be returned to me in their original packaging. Please send me an e-mail notifying me of the issue.

No refunds on soaps, roller balls or salves.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for delivering the purchased products or services requested by the customer.
